Mobile Agency BrandinHand Acquired by Minneapolis Based FRWD

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. and SANTA MONICA, Calif., October 5, 2011 – FRWD (www.FRWDco.com), a uniquely comprehensive digital marketing agency, today announced the integration of BrandinHand (www.BrandinHand.com), an award-winning mobile marketing agency. Prior to becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of FRWD, BrandinHand executed more than 650 successful mobile campaigns and developed mobile strategy on behalf of such clients as Procter & Gamble, Best Buy, Coca-Cola and American Express.

BrandinHand Founder and CEO John Hadl assumes the position of Partner Emeritus at FRWD. Hadl built BrandinHand as an advisory and media firm, essentially serving as a mobile marketing general contractor on behalf of brands who want to harness the best, most effective mobile marketing strategies. Hadl is often credited as a primary driver of growth within the mobile industry.
