A 15 year marketing veteran, Duncan has more than five years experience in interactive marketing, advertising, and media recruitment. She began working with FRWD in talent acquisition in 2010 and helped launch FRWD Talent Services, LLC in April 2011, working on a contingent basis as a third-party recruiter. Duncan received a BFA from Minneapolis College of Art & Design.
