John Grudnowski, Founder & Global Managing Partner
Mr. Grudnowski has over 14 years of PR and Digital marketing services experience. He has founded and led business development and digital media practice within the web services industry, growing revenues from under $1MM to over $12MM in 4 years.
In May 2009, he founded FRWD, growing it to 30 employees and $4MM in just over one year.
Mr. Grudnowski has developed digital strategies, provided expert training, counseled and advised marketing executives, led internal client innovation teams and execution teams for a variety of Fortune 1000 clients including: American Express, Discovery, 3M, General Mills, Deluxe Check, Target, Best Buy, Sony Pictures, Dairy Queen and Ameriprise.
Aimee Reker, Partner & Global Services Lead
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Ms. Reker leads FRWD’s services offering and is responsible for overseeing the quality delivery of all of FRWD’s agency services.
Before joining FRWD, Ms. Reker was SVP, Global Director of Search at MRM Worldwide where she led global search marketing capability efforts (PPC and SEO) and where she developed digital strategies for: Bertolli, Citibank, Intel, Microsoft, the U.S. Army, ExxonMobil, General Mills, H&R Block, USBank, Mutual of Omaha, Fingerhut Credit, Overture, and Purina.
A veteran in online financial services marketing, her work launching ING in North America won several awards in Best Media Strategy, Best Use of Online Media and Best of the Net – Financial Services.

Gary Allen, Partner & Global Media Systems & Business Operations
Mr. Allen leads FRWD’s Media Systems practice. He has developed market-leading technology while managing operational teams at FRWD.
He has earned a reputation for excellence in technology development by building some of the industry's most effective tools, including ConnectCommerce and i-Search, now part of DoubleClick's DART suite, and AdGooroo's unique competitive intelligence tools: SEM InsightTM, Natural Rankings Monitoring and Trademark MonitoringTM.
Before joining FRWD, Mr. Allen was the CEO of AdGooroo, serving 30 of the world's top 50 search agencies and major brand advertisers such as Target and Turtle Wax where he defined success metrics and extracted actionable findings from competitive search data.
